These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HEMATYX OFFICIAL online store and your purchase of any HEMATYX products, including the SCEAU ring and our other magnetic hematite jewelry. Please read them before placing an order — by using this site or buying from us, you agree to everything below.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing our store, creating an order, or checking out, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the site or place an order.
These Terms apply to every visitor and customer, including browsers, buyers, and anyone who contributes content such as product reviews.
2. Who Can Buy From Us
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide at checkout — name, shipping address, email — is accurate and complete. We're not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information you entered at checkout.
3. Products and Pricing
All prices on this store are shown in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without notice. Promotions, discounts, and compare-at prices (like our current $32.99 offer, down from $65.98) are valid only while displayed on the site and may end without warning.
We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen displays colors and finishes exactly as they appear in person. Minor variations are natural — each piece of hematite jewelry has its own character.
Errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to correct the error, and to refuse or cancel any order placed at the incorrect price — even after your order has been confirmed. If your payment was already processed, we'll issue a full refund right away.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. That confirmation means we've received your order — it doesn't mean we've accepted it yet. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Pricing or product listing errors
- Orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors rather than individual customers
- Stock unavailability
If we cancel your order after payment, you'll be refunded in full to your original payment method. If we need more information to process your order, we'll reach out to the email you provided at checkout.
5. Shipping and Risk of Loss
We offer free tracked shipping on all US orders. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Full details, including what to do if your package is delayed or lost, are in our Shipping Policy.
Ownership of the products and the risk of loss pass to you when the package is delivered to the shipping address you provided. If your tracking shows a problem — no movement, a failed delivery, a package marked delivered that never arrived — contact us at contact@hematyx.fr and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
6. Returns and the 60-Day Guarantee
Every HEMATYX order is backed by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee: if you change your mind, contact support and we refund every penny. The full process — how to start a return, timelines, and refund details — is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
Everything on this store — the HEMATYX name and logo, product names like SCEAU, photos, videos, product descriptions, page designs, and all other content — belongs to HEMATYX or its licensors and is protected by trademark and copyright laws.
You're welcome to browse and share links to our store. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use any of our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission. That includes using our product photos or copy on other websites, marketplaces, or ads.
8. Not a Medical Device
HEMATYX products are jewelry — nothing more, nothing less. Our rings and pendants are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and we make no medical claims about them. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
If you wear a pacemaker, an implanted defibrillator, an insulin pump, or any other electronic medical device, consult your doctor before wearing magnetic jewelry, as strong magnets can interfere with these devices.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our products and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, HEMATYX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products — including lost profits, lost data, or any damages beyond the amount you actually paid for your order.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived or limited by contract. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.
10. Governing Law
HEMATYX is operated by a French company. These Terms are governed by the laws of France. However, if you are purchasing as a consumer, you always keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your state or country of residence — nothing in these Terms takes those away from you.

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in our products, policies, or the law. The current version is always available on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Changes take effect when posted and apply to orders placed after that date.
